What BNB Movers did well:
• Promptly returned my calls and answered all my questions before and after the move
• Allowed me to reschedule due to unexpected events
• Offered convenience of providing blankets, and at a reduced rate
• Respectful
What didn’t work well: The first two movers who arrived were inexperienced and inefficient
• Didn’t have a plan for loading; were slow
• Didn’t use blankets or plastic wrap on most furniture
• Applied tape directly to wood furniture to stabilize doors and drawers
But BNB management responded well:
• Sent a 3rd mover and a manager who took charge and worked hard and efficiently
• Accepted responsibility
I am pleased and satisfied that BNB Movers and Hire-a-Helper are making right the situation.

B&B Movers were on time. We had a last minute move, five days before Christmas. We called, and were helped the same day.
They were hard workers, moving us from a third story apartment into a two story house across town.
They were super mannerly and cautious with our belongings. The owner of the company, who had been injured earlier that day, even came with them to ensure excellent customer service.
I hope not to move for many years to come. However, the move went smoothly with them, and I would feel comfortable using them again should we ever have the need.

So glad I hired B&B movers- they saved the day!! I called them last minute after I realized just how much furniture/boxes etc I had. They were a little off schedule due to having truck issues but kept me posted and arrived prepared and ready to work! They had me moved in in no time! I would definitely use them in the future!

Brennon and his helper, I am so sorry I can not remember his name, did such an awesome job helping me!! They helped move all of my boxes out, then helped load my van with all of the items I was taking to donate!! The we're very quick and efficient! I would definitely use them again!!

Good solid men were dispatched to us. We are professional movers and we were pleased with the help that we were provided. We requested three men, but had only two. This was not a problem at all and should not be held against B&B, as the first company cancelled at the last minute. B&B rose to the occasion and helped us. The two men worked hard and were careful and took pride in their work, one saying that he loved the work. When in Austin, I will certainly contact B&B for help.
