were late because a tornado that shut down roads the night before. (google freehold superstorm 7/30). You just admitted it was storming & insisted the job be done that day. You also booked 3 men for 3 hours originally. We get there & you have a 4 bedroom house which took 6 hours overtime. You are a fraud & a con man. Your attempted to not pay for the job because your cheap and a thief. All of your claims are lies. You will never be helped again for me. When you return to NJ dont call us

True we were a half hour late, considering we were helping other people that day also, half hour late is reasonable for most service providers, we usually give a window. Im sorry you paid a whole $30 for a half hour overtime. How can you complain about extra time that you needed to pay for??????????????????????????????????? We didnt charge you for anything we didnt work for.

The scuff on the wall was because you insisted on moving the treadmill down stairs without dissasembly. You wanted to save time instead of taking time to take apart the treadmill. Other than than every move requires a little touch up paint here & there. Its normal.

We unloaded you on the princeton end which only took 2 hours....you were only charged for 2 hours. You may want to check your reciept. You moved from the 37th floor to a 3rd floor elevator that was 50yards around the corner from the truck. To save time you had numerous maintenance men plus you & your wife with there hands on goods & furniture. You rushed the clock to save money, instead of quality you opted for get a less time on the job. Once other parties had there hands on the furniture no one knows who was responible for the damages. You compromised the job. Between you , your wife & the numerous maitenance men.

#1U weren't there. Your husband was. #2 the armoire was 200LB & wide. Initially we struggled but figured how to get it down the narrow flight, minor paint came off of the wall. #2. I told your husband the couch shouldn't be moved unless it was shrink wrapped because it would rub going down the narrow stairs..he insisted..#3 I saved you $ by adding a 3rd man. It took 3Hrs. 2 would have taken 6Hrs to load a 26FTPenske. I understand moving is a stressful time. Good luck in Texas. Life is gooD

You scheduled a job for Friday during rush hour in New York City. Yes, We were running late in bumper to bumper traffic. When the crew arrived , there was another moving company there helping you. For insurance reasons we do not work with other companies on the same job.

After screening you the 10FT truck wasnt enough for your Storage Move. You needed a 17FT truck which was being serviced at the time. Crews were coming out but you werent picking up your phone.

The truck was 20 FT, you requested a 16FT... The junk was sectioned off from your job. Still giving you 18FT. AS a courtesy I told you I would get the kayak, which was the same length as the truck, no way it could have fit. When I told you we were on our way you said never mind because you lost patience.

The 10 FT Van you requested was not enough. I came last minute from a junk job with that particular vehicle to make sure your hutch fit. That vehicle isnt used for moving, but it was to get your job done because the wrong size vehicle was ordered initially.

My first crew had problems. The 2nd guys did the best they could unloading 20ft of tractor trailer space tightly packed with heavy items. The reason it took 6 hours was because your customer had them placing furniture and doing assembly.

Im sorry for any inconvenience. Please know that on 11/30 there was a rain storm that needed to blow over. It is not safe to move furniture on slippery wet surfaces. We allowed 2-3 hours for the storm to blow over. We did as you mentioned call you 3 hours in advance to let you know of the change.. Also the crew shouldn't be penalized because they beat the 3 hour deadline. The contract was for 3 hours, you moving the few items taking time off of our job was on you.
