First, about 5 hours late from when first scheduled. Poor and difficult communication at the beginning. They hustled in getting the boxes and furniture on the truck but that’s where anything positive ended. No care given to the furniture. Many scratches to our antique and newer oak furniture. Furniture not wrapped and plenty of pads. No thought given at all to packing the truck. Dismissed them early when it became apparent that due to poor planning we were going to run out of truck with so many items left. Truck repacked with plenty of room. These “entrepreneurs” need to invest some time in training, process improvement and making communication with the principals of the company possible.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.

Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
