The guys were nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! I was late because I had to sign more papers at my apartment complex, but they were there waiting on me. When I pulled the truck in, I had a hard time and they offered to help me with that as well. When they were bringing the boxes in, none of my furniture was scratched in the unloading process. I was informed that I hired them so I shouldn't be helping them, they were there to help me. I was very glad that I hired them, and I would tell any one to use them, and when I get ready to move again, I will be calling ImPack Movers, because they were professional, courteous, fast, and hard working!!! You guys did great!!!!

The helpers did a great job! They were courteous and quick in doing their job. What amazed me the most was their strength. They carried a large dresser with 8 drawers filled with clothes up to the third floor. I definitely would recommend them.

ImPack Movers is the BEST moving services company in Houston, TX! They were on time, very professional, worked quickly and utilized every inch of my moving truck while loading my items with care. I would recommend ImPack Movers to anyone that I know. EXCELLENT JOB!!!

I had 2 helpers unload my 26' truck. They were both very kind & professional. Extremely knowledgeable on how to properly lift & move furniture. Impact movers were also here with short notice because the previous hired company cancelled at the last minute. It was very much appreciated.

I would recommend ImPack Movers to anyone who needs help moving! The guys called when they were on their way, arrived 5 minutes early, and worked quickly & efficiently (finishing 30 minutes early). The only thing I would change - when I called Hire A Helper to make the appointment, I requested ImPack bring shrink wrap. It wasn't until after I actually spoke to ImPack that I realized I'd have to pay for the shrink wrap. Other than that small detail though, the guys were great! Will definitely hire them for my next move.

NOT SATISSIFED!!!!! they called to say they would be 30 minutes late. they did get right to work, but they tried to do too much on their own. One guy picked up my desk (with the drawers still in) and sent everything everywhere. I offered to take them out and they wanted to make "fewer trips down the stairs". They didn't load the truck properly, so I couldn't fit everything in there...(moved from Texas to Indiana) so now we have to make another trip. When we got to INdiana and unloaded, we found extra room we could have used and my $6k dining room suit was in terrible shape. Had more scratches than you can imagine. Everthing I marked FRAGILE was on the bottom of the pile. I kept them a half hour over and offered them an extra $60 for their work. Now I wish I hadn't because most of my stuff is in terrible condition plus I still need to drive the 20 hours there and back to get the rest of my stuff

The guys from ImPack Movers did a great job. They helped us unload a U-Haul truck we had driven from Nebraska (and by help, I mean they did it pretty much themselves). They were on time (we were a half hour late), but despite that, they got it all unloaded and up to a second floor apartment in a little more than an hour (tricky stairs, too). They were very careful -- not a ding in anything. I was concerned about how this would work out, but ImPack made it an excellent experience. If a need comes up, I would gladly hire them again. these guys were great. On time even though I changed it 3 times. They unloaded in just 39 minutes and it took me three hours to load. I will definitely use them again!

WOW! A great job. There was a mix-up with scheduling, so my job was the 4th of the very hot day for the 2 guys. They arrived on time, and completed the unload in less than 1 hour. I couldn't have asked for more. I will use and recommend your site again, especially ImPack Movers. Thanks.

ImPack movers and specifically, Torrance Coleman were nothing short of phenomenal ... he was diligent fast and needed no assistance to make short work of the entire task. He was also extremely professional and arrived at the exact time we requested. We were all literally amazed and delighted by the quality of his work.
