By far the worst experience in moving ever! Move to the next company - don't select them or book thru hireahelper.com if you want any kind of decent service. If this review gets taken down, oh well. A 1 bedroom apartment, took these 2 guys 8.5 hours! Yes, 8.5 hours. They showed up with NO moving equipment and made an excuse that the equipment was at another job in Miami. If i didn't ask my building for something to help them with, they would have still been moving as I write this. They used a small metal hand dolly from the Uhaul truck to move furniture. Yes, a metal dolly to move furniture. As you imagine didn't go well. Anyway don't want to write a novel as I could. SAVE YOURSELF the agony that we went through. MOVE ON to the next company.

Gabe, this is our second time moving you. You left a great review the first time. Our customers would be smart enough to read our other reviews before making a decision. This is the only bad review out of hundreds, we don't delete reviews. Everyone knows that its impossible to take 8.5 hours to move a 1br apt. There were issues with building management and the use of the elevator. Elevator wasn't reserved and so residents and movers had to share at both locations. Movers had a 10 minute commute from your unit to the truck. U-haul trucks come with a metal hand-truck/dolly, did you expect to move furniture with a plastic hand dolly? I don't think so, those are for carrying groceries in small plastic crates. You was only charged for 3 hours, I spoke with you on the phone several times during the move and you assured me that everything is going smoothly now i'm reading this. Thanks for your business and have a nice day.

The two guys came in time and finished the job with a few extra minutes which allowed us to confirm if I needed anything else completed around the house. I am 7 months pregnant and they took direction well and made sure to efficiently pack my items.

Keith and Bobby were awesome....They were able to fit the whole 16' truck into a storage unit that I didn't have faith...They did it neatly with room to spare....

GREAT GUYS. ....the two men never stopped working. It was amazing to see how much they were able to get into the POD. Yes they were ON TIME.....and never took a break to even have a glass of water. They were very respectful of my property....... using the blankets plus more rugs , etc. to protect the furnishings. they kept asking me what was most important to get into the POD. That is why I was amazed how they were able to pack it ALL IN. Truly great work. I would highly recommend them to any one. KT
