The movers were on time and accomodated me while I adjusted my move-in date. The move went very smoothly although I have to fit three bedrooms of funiture into a small two bedroom apartment.

They arrived early and ready to work. They managed to pack my 16' POD tightly and got all my stuff in - 3 BR house! At first we doubted if they would be able to do it but they did! To be honest, I probably needed a 12' POD in addition because a few minor items didn't make it in but that was no fault of theirs! GREAT JOB!

Bancroft is Very professional. Great organization skills. Got the job done correctly. We had an enormous amount of stuff to go into a 16 foot pod and they orgastrated the load to fit all! Would certainly reccomend and use again if needed.

Once they arrived (a bit late due to car trouble); they did get straight to work and didn't take multiple breaks, they barely stopped for water.
I'm not sure if the time issues were related to my rescheduling which was easy via hire-a-helper but they were very late, but made up for it in effort, speed and care of my goods. I would have given them more stars but they were late and had very little supplies, but I had my own so that was not an issue for me.
