I've used them before. They're great, show up on time and do great work. They even got my stuff into a smaller space than I thought possible and saved me money on container space. You can also call them directly and hire them without going through HireaHelper or other services.

The 3 men arrived right on time at 10 a.m. and went right to work. Everything was loaded and done by 11:45. They were very polite, respectful and even jovial. They did exactly as asked without question. When one item got loaded that should not have been they located it right away. I would recommend this team.

Hats off to the three movers from M&M for their expertise in loading my belongings onto my moving truck. The movers were prompt, hard-working, and courteous. Maurice began by walking through my apartment to get an idea of what I was moving so he knew how to load the truck. When everything was loaded, he used some rope we had to create a spider's web of knots across the back of the truck adding an extra level of protection. Nothing was damaged in my 800-mile move in spite of some very rough patches of interstate.

These guys did such a great job. We had never hired movers before to pack the truck and we wee very impressed. Very nice and hard workers. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!!

I can't give a higher rating at this time because the real rating of service will be based on how well our belongings were pack in the containers. We won't know that until they are unpacked and we know if there was any damage due to poor packing. I will say they worked hard during the time they were loading the containers. They were careful when taking items from the home to the container. They also got everything into the 2 containers that the PackRat estimator spreadsheet said would be needed.

Elvis and his crew were great! Fast, efficient, and handled things with care. He even brought 2 extra folks to help with the unloading. I would definitely use them again!

I hired 4 guys for 2 hours to unload two PODS. This should have been enough time to unload. With in the 2 hours there was several smoke breaks I had to look for them to find the guys under the shed smoking and joking. If these breaks had not happened it would not have cost me the extra money.They did not know how to remove doors to the fridge to being in the house. (My last movers who loaded for us had not problems) My house is left with several dents in walls and ceiling. I asked for boxes marked with glass be but in one area this was not done. They put large boxes on top of small ones. Over all

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
