Would not recommend service by Macshomeservices. :( Seemed unprofessional and like they were looking for easiest jobs to do, worked very slow, dressed unprofessional (so unprofessional that neighbors came over alarmed because they thought we were being robbed), movers seemed unmotivated and were careless with our items. Unfortunately we have found quite a few things damaged. After they moved our furniture we found rip in sofa, broken wine glasses that were wrapped in paper and put in plastic tub... somehow still broken by them, they broke dining table table because of lifting it improperly, broke home decor items, broke sprinkler head (but did offer to repair it if we had back up sprinkler -which we did not) and they did not take (over 20) boxes labeled to rooms upstairs to the upstairs... instead they left in our living room for us to carry up after they left. We only had one armior and two mattresses that went upstairs and they complained about how heavy the items were for the rest of the job, even though I told hire a helper these items would need to go on second floor prior to hiring this company. Job took twice as long as it should have. Seemed they took their time to get paid more. We wave worked with other companies in this site that were much more professional and finished the job in less time than we had requested. So upset to have had this experience and we wouldn’t want anyone else to have to deal with a similar situation.

I am sorry you were unsatisfied, and any items damaged please send me a list of items damaged and we will file an insurance claim, now to recap you did not mention to hire a helper about having to place items up stairs you also did not mention about oversized items that barely fit up steps also my employee told you that she will replace sprinkler to which you told her your husband will replace qoute it was his department he will take care of it, also your jib required to truck loads for which you told them not to pack the truck full and stated you wanted to take as many trips as it took. As far your neighbor had you informed them that you were moving they would not have been alarmed and as a matter of fact the neighbors did not even know you were residing there, but I do hope that in the future you are a bit more forth coming and honest about the work being done and the job performed because if I was not satisfied with work performed I would not have paid, you had no problem making the extra payments, but as I have stated earlier please send me an itemized list of damaged property with cost and we will file an insurance claim have a wonderful day

I am sorry about the job taking slower then you requested, but hire a helper did tell you that, your job will take 3 hours not 2, and you failed to heed there advice in the future please take the advice of the service provider

What a wonderful experience! They made our move into our new home so easy!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to move. They went above and beyond, even helped us with our pool cleaner! There was never a fear of something being damaged, they make sure to handle everything with the utmost care and respect!!

We were desperate. Our move was getting the best of us. Moving to a third story apartment. We just couldn't do it. I called hire a helper first thing in the morning. They worked hard on finding a mover who would help else last minute and as fast as possible. Mac's did the job. Showed up on their day off because they understood our desperation. Got the job done fast and perfectly! Thank you Mac's home services for helping us and doing a great job!
