Were they on time? Yes.
Were they prepared for the job? Yes/No - one of them smelled of alcohol. The leader had to keep telling him to do things. Saints go sit down

Unfortunately how well loaders do is found out when you go to unload. We had a glass cabinet which was shattered when we went to unload. Dryer was crushed and dented not sure the dryer will work now how much it is dented in the top down into the drum. Several pieces of furniture were destroyed because of the way they were packed in the trailer. From the unloading movers what should have been done is the load should have been braced every 10 ft. They did not do that. So when we went to take everything out it was all leaning forward due to the trip. I pointed out the furniture pads before they started that I had bought and they packed them on the trailer unopened. Which could have possibly saved some of the furniture. Many many pieces of furniture damaged.

You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
