LeSique is a very proffessional and hard worker. We had some confusion on the job site, not his problem, our problem. He stuck by us, helped us clear up confusion, and was diligent to get the job done and make things happen. His communication was fantastic! I recommend him and I will use him again without question. They were on time and immediately introduced themselves and were very professional. I needed gym equipment disassembled and they patiently ensured that all screws and parts were given to me in a baggie. They had the POD filled before the two hours and spent the remainder of the time breaking down gym equipment. A wonderful team! I’d definitely refer Moving With Pride to my friends and family!

LeSique and his team were on-time, courteous, and considerate with my belongings. They packed and unpacked me with minimal complications. They were here 10 minutes late, but called at 20 minutes before they arrived so it was good.
Owner called to confirm order twice and even allowed me to change the start time the day before.

I have mixed feelings about these guys that helped do the unload of my truck. To start with they were almost 1.5 hours late but it was later explained to me that they had to travel over 60 miles to get to me. That was easy to deal with. What upset me was the general lack of care given to stuff as they carried it. We were moving into a second floor apartment and the stairs are metal and concrete and my expensive wood furniture is dinged and scratched all over the place. Boxes that were marked fragile were stacked on their sides and sometimes under heavy boxes with books in them. The leaf sections of my dining room table were placed at the bottom of dollys with boxes stacked on top. The 4 kids that showed up (all of them in their 20's) had little to no moving experience that was evident by the constant arguing that they did amongst themselves on how the truck should be unloaded and pieces moved. I will say that they worked hard and only stopped to eat a quick lunch. Overall I felt as though I got what I paid for. If I could have kept a better eye on them I think it would have gone a little smoother (damage) but I was by myself and I needed to direct where everything needed to go as my wife was dealing with our toddler.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
