Arrived on time with an advance phone call to let me know they were on their way. They were very careful with my thing and worked efficiently. Also very curious. Great experience!

Hired 2 movers for a 2 hour time limit. Home: 967 sq ft 2 bdrm condo, down 3 flights of stairs. Day: Very hot summer day. The two movers happily arrived in great spirits and ready to go. One of the movers within 20 minutes got heat exhaustion. As someone who gets this very often I truly felt bad, sat her down and hydrated her. The other mover was doing double duty by himself. Understandably the truck organizing was a hot mess (because one poor guy can only do so much) so I got down there and tried my best to organize everything. The truck I rented was too small for our move so I ran out and got a second small one. When I came back with that truck I called AllStar to see if another mover was on their way as it was now three hours into the move with just one poor guy. I found out the two movers didn't call home base to let them know the situation. AllStar was immediately on it, got another mover out ASAP and comped an hour off of the move. AllStar even offered to reimburse us for or patch themselves a crushed corner of a wall the movers hit that day. This company was very easy to work with, I just wished I had called them myself sooner. I would hire again with all the snafu's because I made a couple myself with the small truck and the 2 hour time frame.

I wish I could give them 4.5 stars because that's the true rating for them. I booked Allstar a few days before my move from New Orleans to Chicago. They arrived within the window and came with the necessary supplies. Rayshon called me before hand to ask about a dolly, etc. I will say they were hardworking and were committed to doing things right and efficiently. They lost half a star with me because they could use a bit more experience in city moves. Apartments in Chicago can have weird angles and knowing how to maneuver quickly is key to being on time or finishing a head of schedule. That being said, they moved everything into my apartment in exactly 2 hours. They are committed to their work and I will recommended them to my friends when they move.

Paul and Rayshon did a excellent job loading my POD. I would definitely use them again. They were scheduled to arrive at 9 am but got here by 8 am which was even better. I had some very heavy pieces to move and they had no problem. They were both so friendly and very professional. Thank you both for the fine job you did.

The gentlemen that showed up for my job, Mr. Simms and his nephew, were incredibly professional and proficient. They packed my 3 bedroom apartment into a 15 ft Uhaul in such a way that my items were completely secure. They even connected my vehicle trailer back to my truck. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!
