When GR8LABOR arrived and saw that there were stairs involved, they said that there is an extra charge. There may be communication issue between hireahelper and gr8labor. Watch for that. I have used a few other moving companies in the past. As far as the movers themselves, these guys were great guys. In order to rate them higher, I would have liked to see them use tools and techniques I have seen used by other moves which decrease the likely hood of damage to property.
