Never showed. No professionalism. When I first called to confirm my reservation the prior Thursday afternoon, I called the the number listed for the company. This turned out to be a cell phone which was simply answered by "Hello?" When I asked if I had reached Brown moving, she said yes and that she was LaTaya, but that she was at her other job and I should just email her rather than call. My booking reservation had specifically asked for help packing only and no loading, which I reiterated on the phone, but she emailed me later to ask if I needed loading equipment like furniture pads or appliance dollies. Finally, on the day they were supposed to show up, there was no sign of them, no answer from their phone, and no calls warning they would be late. I ended up booking someone else for the next day.

Worked hard to move some difficult pieces in tight places. They were respectful of my property. They were 2 hours late, but communicated with me. I would use them again.
