I hired 2 persons to help. They both worked very hard, were polite and respectful but one of the persons was not physically able to handle some of the heavier furniture. I had to pay for another person half way through the move to move the some of the furniture from the upstairs of my home. In addition, their advertisement indicated that they would bring certain items with them but came empty handed. I had one piece of furniture damaged significantly because they left it stand without support and the wind blew it over. If I used them again I would insist that they provide persons able to move furniture down from a second floor.
