I was provided SUPER service. They were ontime and very professional. I was very comfortable with them handling my items. They took good care as they moved me and set up my furniture. I was also impress with the way they practiced safety.

I receiver an email on 10/23/14 confirming my reservation for movers to arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 A.M. on
10/25/2014 to off load truck.I called to confirm this on 24th and spoke with a Racheal Goernert..
I was told that a change in plan had been made and the workers would not be there until 12:00 noon.I arrived at that scheduled time. Shortly after I received a call from a worker informing me that there was a delay and the would not be there until "maybe"around 2:P.M. I called my Daughter,Son-in-law and Grandson.At 2:30 I received a call from workers telling me they would be there in 30 minutes.At this time we had 80 percent of the truck unloaded and did not need them.
I would never use or recommend anyone else to use this company. I am sure that I am not the only customer that is well dissatisfied with this company.

Mover's response:

We called and verified with you that 12pm would be an acceptable time before we accepted your request. We were told that was fine and that is the reason we accepted otherwise we would have sent you back to hire a helper to schedule other movers. The fact that 95S was literally shutdown that day was beyond our control. We attempted to tell you we were 10mins away at 1pm. Your husband was rude and belligerent with both myself and my crew over a situation beyond our control.
