I was led to believe the "estimate" (2 men for 3 hours) provided through the website was the total expense that I had committed to -- although there was a mention of an additional $70 per hour cost it was not made clear that this was going to be a factor with my move. When it was all said and done the bill was double what I had understood would be the "final" cost as noted in the email I received. The providers need to submit a better estimate of the move requirements in advance of the move date and communicate that in writing to the customer. What started as a positive experience ended on a negative note. I was very disappointed in how this was handled. Show Response
