I've used Move Cheap Cincinnati Movers twice now, and both times were super smooth. On this last move, Anthony and Joe arrived promptly, were careful and efficient in moving stuff, and were done in no time at all. We hired a crew of three guys from Move Cheap Cincinnati to unload a trailer after a cross-country move and they couldn't have done a better job. The guys were great unloading my concoction of antiques in near zero weather! I would absolutely use them again as they were hardworking in difficult circumstances and took excellent care with my family heirlooms.

They were a no show, and strung me along for hours before they finally cancelled. My time was between 2-3. Before my move date, they kept trying to move me to an earlier time. On the move date, I made better time than expected, and when they called to try to move me to an earlier time (3rd try) I was able to say yes. They didn't show at the earlier time. I called, got no answer. I called their home office and he said, "oh, Charles didn't call you? His car broke down. He wants to move the time to between 3-4." I had a time sensitive commitment that evening, but they offered no other alternative. As time got closer, I called several times to check status and no one answered. Finally, at about 4, they tried to re-schedule for the next evening. They had no plan B. I had to scramble to find family and friends at the last minute. I returned the rental truck, got the furniture into my home, but will still need to assemble furniture and finish the job they failed to do.
