Stood around and talked alot, spent alot of time on the phone. The truck was packed awful, when we opened the doors at our destination things that were once secured in boxes and totes were falling out of the truck. Many damaged items including a 1200.00 washer. Nice guy, but not qualified to be handling and packing other peoples stuff. We have moved alot - this is our 3rd state in 3 years and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had.

Nicole, You had more stuff than you realized you had. You are the only customer that has complained about our service in 2 years of business. Please don't lie on our company. We worked an extra 2 hours for you and didn't complain at all. You stated to pack the truck until nothing else fit in there. You didn't supply blankets or anything to protect your belongings. We don't appreciate the negative rating on here and would advise other hireahelper agencies NOT to accept work from her BEWARE!!!!
