They were almost 3 hrs late. I believe they were inexperienced .A lot of my furniture was scratched and broken. Didn't take good care even though I supplied moving blankets. most of them wound up on the floor of the pod instead of padding my furniture . I definitely would not recommend .

Because of the situation they came a bit late in the evening but were very hard workers. I would recommend them to friends and yes I would use them again.

3.5 hours late. We hired 4 people for 4 hours. Someone called in sick so they brought someone's girlfriend to fill in. She had flats on which was unsafe and she couldn't help with much and spent the last 30-40 mins of the two hour job smoking in her car. The worst service we've ever used and we would not use again and would highly unrecommend. I ended up doing most of the work myself. I don't think hire a helper was the best site to use after al either and we weren't happy with the price we had to pay.

I used them to unload when we first moved to Tustin. Their service was great....so we called them for this current move. I don't know how their service could go down so quickly. We had to load a pod. They were almost an hour late. I kept asking them to be sure to put all furniture in it because we could tell the pod wasn't large enough. I had to push them. When we moved in they lifted our frig over counter (over and above thus why we contracted them a second time) I ask them to do the same again. The owner said he would be there to help them. He came at the end of the move and we were charged almost an hour for them to take frig apart. We had them come to load a budget truck to get the rest of the things. We were giving them benefit of doubt. The owner said he would give a discount. Well he showed up over an hour late. They were told there were two heavy pieces to be loaded. We got a man and a lady for the second part. We had the truck half loaded by the time they got there. Even with the discount we were very disappointed. They were scheduled for the final unload of the pod but I am seeking another company. I hope they are able to correct these issues so they can get higher ratings.

I used Tri-County Movers twice. Once to pack my POD and the second time to unpack my POD 11 days later. The problems I had with their service, they were 2 hours late both times. However, once they arrived, they were prepared for the job, they worked hard, and not only respectful with our property and goods but also respectful to us. Since they were late once, why, you may ask, did I use them a second time? They were very apologetic for being late saying their first job ran long and everything I said once they arrived made me want to give them a second chance. Would I use them again? No. Nice guys, hard workers but not considerate of our time or our time schedule.

They were late, but they did call to let us know they were running late and when we could expect them. Once there, they were friendly and hard working. Got the job done well.
