I wish I could rate them higher. They were nice guys, but they need some more training in handling furniture and professional skills. They dropped and bumped items at least a half-dozen times (that I saw). Even basic stuff, like holding an end table so that the drawer doesn't fall out (!)... could have been avoided had they brought rope (which I requested three times before moving day but didn't see them use) or checked to see if items were taped shut. Didn't work very well as a team, sometimes attempting individually to carry items that required at least two movers. At one point the three movers wasted about 10 minutes arguing amongst themselves about whether our bed was properly put back together - and this was when they were already three hours over the estimated time. Unprofessional. The time thing is not entirely on them, but they were *slow*. They cost only about half what we paid for an almost identical move last year, but unfortunately, the speed and quality was reduced as well. In the end, they worked hard but I would try a different company next time.

My company has dealt with all types of moves so It's extremely unlikely for us to see something we have not seen before.

Meeting new people and seeing new places. For me it just never gets old.
