A & R Resolutions did an outstanding job on my mission of moving. They were prompt, extremely polite and fully equipped with the right equipment. Not a scratch on the furniture nor walls which was incredible due to the hooking and bobing required going upstairs. Scheduled me for the wrong date then told me they would send someone out right away, which they never did. When I tried to contact them repeatedly they never answered the phone

Company left us "high and dry" NO-SHOW! Finally showed up more than 2 hours late after 95% was already loaded! Not good!

I can not recommend this company high enough. I called one day before our arrival date and was able to get two helpers for the next morning.. They arrived right on time. Both were extremely courteous and professional. They went right to work and in two hours completely unloaded our 26 ft. Penske with no problems. Jerrel and Josh were extremely strong and went out of thier way to make our move complete. Absolutely amazed and pleased with this Charlotte team and company.

I was very fortunate to secure assistance within 48 hours of needing to clean out my storage unit. Cory and Reginald were AWESOME! They were on time and very professional. A&R Resolutions was wonderful to work with. The timing of our move was uncertain and Amanda was very flexible with us. After our multiple time changes (due to us, not A&R), our helpers arrived right on time. They were very friendly, helpful and respectful. We truly enjoyed the personable young men who assisted us.
