This company was provided with information regarding the move (this was a remote move). An email sent with instructions to load the washer and dryer into the POD along with videos of what was to be moved and what packaging materials available to complete the move, as a follow up to a phone conversation with a person in this company. My washer and dryer did not show up in my new location. An original painting damaged as it was poorly packed (just bubbled wrapped and found under a step ladder), lamp shades not in boxes, the movers have gained a dolly and handtruck (they took mine). They had the audacity to invoice me $118 for moving materials, whereas the only moving material that was used on their end was some bubble wrap. All other moving materials were mine and left for their use. Attempts to rectify this was made with them and at this point, they have done nothing. I don't like tearing down businesses, but being ignored with no attempts to make a compromise doesn't sit well with me either.

They were courteous. They were efficient. I think the pod could have been packed differently to accommodate all my items. At the end it was a rush to get it all in the pod in the allotted time. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Trident Moving Services LLC arrived on time, prepared to step into action and get move-in completed promptly. They worked very hard and were respectful and courteous, even took extra care unloading items from truck. Gave them instructions on where to place items in home when unloading and all instructions followed well. I will definitely use Trident Moving Services, LLC again.

Mario and Nick were awesome!! When they arrived they got right to work emptying our two moving trucks. They worked very well as a team and took great care with our possessions and even put things up in the attic for us. With their help, what took us almost 3 days to pack, we were able to unload both fully loaded trucks, 26’ and a 16’, in less than 2 hours. Hiring these guys was without a doubt the best money we spent for our move. Very polite and conscientious! Thanks guys!!

These guys hustled & got the job done in less than 4 hours, and showed up when scheduled. Very polite & respectful. Considering how heavy some of the furniture is, they did pretty good. I think my biggest complaint is the way they packed the Pod. Wasn’t very well thought out & I’ll probably have broken items when I unpack it. There was some damage to a wall & my leather sofa too.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact the customer within 24 hours to confirm details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our team arriving at the predetermined time, conducting a walk-through and signing our service agreement/waiver. We wrap/prep furniture if needed as well. Payment is finalized after the completion of the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Having floor protection down, all boxes packed, sealed, labeled and ready to go, having disassembled furniture that needs it (beds, tables, etc.)- we can assist with this on the day of if needed, and appliances disconnected (washer, dryer, fridge, etc.).
What types of moves have you handled?
Micro, local, in-state and out-of-state moves. Have conducted small business/office moves as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get great satisfaction out of helping with the heavy lifting and assisting with the daunting task of moving overall.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide basic training for our movers to properly prepare and handle your belongings with care, all while practicing safe lifting techniques. We train our movers to load a truck with techniques that maximize all available cargo space, and to use methods that minimize the possibility of the load shifting in transit.
