The gentlemen sent were professional, hard working, respectful and easy to work with. They moved quickly to get our truck unpacked and get everything exactly where we wanted it and finished an hour ahead of our schedule. They treated our belongings with care as if they were their own. I would recommend these gentlemen and JC Movers and Lumper Services to anyone looking to move.

The crew that loaded my container was great. They knew what they were doing and worked hard to get everything done within the 2 houe window. They were very respectful and did their best to not damage my property. Of course, I won't know how the loading turns out until I open my pod once my move is complete, but I would recommend them bases on the crew. Two things stopped me from giving the company a 5 star rating. One, I don't know if they did indeed load everything properly until I open the container when it gets tonits destination, and two, they were almost 3.5 hours late. They were suppose to show between 9am and 10am and they called at 1037 to let me know they were barely on their way and wouldn't arrive until after noon. A call before 10am would've been appreciated. When you are moving there are so many things that need to be done and my whole morning was wasted waiting on them. I'm sure if I had been 3.5 hours late to meet them, they wouldn't have waited and I still would've been charged and had to reschedule. So, on part of the company itself, they need to work on their communication. But as far as the crew, they certainly knew what they were doing.

They arrived 1.5 hrs late but did an Amazing job! Took my concerns and priorities into consideration. Were accommodating and worked hard for 4 straight hours. They made sure they did not damage the house and handled everything with care. One thing they could do better is ask questions about whether customer needs supplies or at least come prepared to sell some to customers. I ran out of moving blankets and it would have been nice if they had some to sell me at that point. Otherwise the crew worked with me, eased my concerns, was friendly, handled my stress in a good way, and we’re very respectful.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
