The workers did a nice job unloading the truck and were careful with our belongings. They showed up as promised and helped but the bed together. The only reason I didn't give them 5 starts is some of the items were not unwrapped while there was still time on the clock. Overall, a good experience and we were very satisfied with how the experience went.
