GREAT bunch of guys. They were extremely fast, professional, and efficient! I would recommend Allstar to anyone needing a move in the Chicagoland area.

Crew arrived on time. Seemed to be a little inexperienced. I had to follow behind the two younger guys. Their boss coached and talked them through the move however. One of them I believe his name was Gil or Miguel asked me to hold my mirror while they attached it to my dresser. Their boss wasn’t present so hopefully he could had told them that was inappropriate to ask. Other than that it was okay service. Just think I got a younger crew new to the job, excluding the boss.

Mover's response:
You called the crew inexperienced. but they put your mirror on properly and came on time. Nothing broke or not a wall was scratched. We finished in less than 2 hours. We also had the equipment and tools. They can't put your mirror on without tools. Inexperienced people don't bring those. Anyways, thanks for booking Allstar Movers.

Sorry, if you feel that we displayed a lack efficiency. You had four flights of stairs on the load plus an elevator on the unload. Flights of stairs take time especially if the movers are getting rained on. Thanks for constructive criticism. I talked to the movers and came up with a solution to be for efficient.

Wonderful job. Brad and Ken unloaded a large POD in 1 1/2 hours and delivered to each room designated.

I think Allstar does an OK job for regular light move. But for moving appliances, the company needs to hire more experieced movers.
The crew and their field manager were ok, and they completed the job, but the company management was not professional when I tried to talk to them. Unfortunatelly, I will not recommend Allstar.

Mover's response:
My crew worked for five hours and got there on time. This dispute came from you wanting to pay hours less than they worked. They went up to the third floor going up double stairs each way unloading 26 foot truck in the rain. Not one damage was done to your appliances or walls. Rushing the movers will cause them to slip off the stairs hurting them or damaging your furniture. That will cost than the extra hour, bu movers taking their time protecting themselves and the furniture. This was a payment dispute and slander. You also didn't talk to me. You talked the hireahelper phone representative. We have pictures and proof of everything including the start time. The movers did a great job, and I have to pay them to feed their families especially going up more than three flights of stairs in the rain. If any customer wants to request photos or documentation to disprove this review, we will prove them that. Thank you.
