I was moving just the Large Items, and they took special care of my belongings, wrapping the Breakable, and finding ways to be efficient in packing last-minute things that I added to the move.
Everything went smoothly, and I look forward to using them again for a future move.

Very fast! We needed help getting our washer and dryer on the pedestals (which were not items in the move) and they were happy to help. Quick reassembly of the beds.

The service was extremely horrible, The movers did not wear face mask, so I kept my distance and remained 6 feet apart. Upon arriving to my new location as the future was being brought in I noticed several items damaged, I previously asked if my furniture would be cover I was advised yes they have blankets to cover it. This was a lie none of my furniture was covered, I didn’t find this out until they arrived to my new location. I was informed by a man who came to do a estimate for painting in my home some of my furniture was in a black pick up truck and In the Uhaul I went outside to look and seen my 3 flat screen tv’s along with other items was placed in that truck uncovered. Again I was not aware of this until they arrived at my new location. As they begin moving furniture in they broke the siding of my kitchen cabinet, my couches looked like it was dragged and were tearing, my daughter box spring for her mattress was torn into shreds at the bottom, my pannel to my bed frame was scratch up, my end table glass was not attached they lost the pieces to keep the glass in place, and my daughter lamp was missing! My work desk was damaged, my picture were damaged. This was the worst service ever! Also my mattress and pillow topper was damaged too! I will be sure to contact the BBB and I will leave a Yelp review along with social media reviews. This service was absolutely horrible.

M.S. Property Management was wonderful! We had issues with our loading movers in Chicago which changed our schedule. M.S. Property Management was very understanding and accommodating. They worked it out to come when we needed them and were very communicative. They were very fast, efficient, and very careful with our items. It only took 1 hour instead of 2 hours to complete the job. They followed all directives to a tee and placed everything where requested. Will definitely use them again!

Wonderful experience! The movers were very efficient and did an amazing job moving heavy and bulky furniture through tight spaces. No dings in walls or damage to paint or furniture. Very hard working, professional, friendly. Will hire again the next time I need help. Highly recommend them

Showed up at the door in masks, I never needed to ask to me that level of professionalism is impressive. And they could Tetris the heck out of a U-Haul. Would definitely use again.
