We can’t be more happy with Danny and JJ helping us unload our POD for our big move back to Santa Barbara.
They communicated with us on arrival time and showed up 10 minutes early! They impressed us as they literally ran from our home to the POD container to move another load. Their upbeat, positive attitude made a usually stressful day actually a fun day, as they moved furniture several times for us to find “just the right spot”. They set of the bed, and even attached my Grandmothers china cabinet and bookshelves to the walls for earthquake safety.
Many times they asked me, “is their more we can do for you”, and then carefully removed the packing materials around the furniture and carried it out to the trash bin for us per our request to leave the house as decluttered as possible!
I would like to give 2 thumbs up to Goleta Movers for sending Danny and JJ to help us move. We used Hire a helper to find them. Thank you so much.

Booked for 3 hours— these two guys (Dan Kay and Alex Johnson) were phenomenal. They brought dollies and straps for large items and furniture. Very hard workers and treated our stuff carefully. Moving the items only took the three of us about 90 minutes, so they offered multiple times to spend the next 90 minutes helping me reassemble my IKEA bed and couch (which are a pain in the butt to do alone). I took them up on it and we got everything reassembled. At the end of a long day, it was so nice to not only get everything moved, but also to have everything put back together. Note: They were scheduled to arrive between 5 and 6pm and arrived at 6pm due to traffic.

Excellent service from Goleta Moving Labor! The workers were great, arrived on time, were done in less time than allocated, were respectful of all of our property and worked very hard. Great communication from the supervisor, Danny, throughout the process, and they were very understanding regarding the situation around a natural disaster situation that caused major road closures and meant we couldn't have our container delivered. We had to reschedule several times and they didn't bat an eye and remained as friendly as ever. We will absolutely be using them again.

They informed me every step of the process right up to the moment they arrived. They introduced themselves, scanned the apartment and began to work in a organizied, logical manner. The POD was loaded as if they knew all the pieces of the puzzle. Each worker knew their jobs with minimal verbal interaction. They husseled and actually ran to climb the stairs (wish I was young again & could do the same). They worked like clockwork and were extremely professional from the 1st phone call to the moment they left. Dan offered to come back & place ties in the POD to ensure all my possessions would be protected for the 3,000 mile move. I hired a moving company last time I moved & my computer, screen, laptop was taken & most boxes listed as fragile were crushed. Hire these two young professionals, they are amazing!!! Sue B.
