Movers truck broke down, they didn't let me know that they were going to be late but they did show up and do a good job. the situation was stressful but they did their best to help me out.

They were very late. Instead of parking in the parking lot directly across the street they wanted to use the parking meter. Unfortunately they didn’t know how to use the meter. It takes up to 2 hours at a time they chose 20 minutes. They didn’t understand English only Spanish. The meter was 1 1/2 blocks away from the loading dock. They were told how close the loading dock was but they drove around the block 6 times and still had to ask for help. I asked them not to pack the Cox cable equipment but because they didn’t understand English they packed it anyway. They came to the apartment 3 times and kept forgetting the remote control. So they made 3 empty trips with nothing in their hands. This was all caught on camera. The list goes on. I would never use this company again. It cost me more money. I was supposed to pick someone up from the airport and misses them because they made so many mistakes they ran over, mostly because they couldn’t figure out the parking meter. So then they got a ticket which they deserved. The nerve of them to tell me they ran over

Mario and David did a great job, despite running a couple hours late, they were efficient and hard working. They communicated with me regarding their expected ETA twice when they knew they were delayed. Took 2 additional hours to load and not a complaint from either of them was heard. Would use them again if I was in the area. No discount for being late.
