Joe and Raphael did a great job unloading a 16' POD. They were on time, had all the moving equipment. They worked hard, and accepted directions on where everything went. Very careful. NO damage attributable to them. I will use them again. We have another 16' POD waiting to be unloded when we have cleared up the "debris" from this first one.

Very prompt and courteous. Kept me informed as to when they would arrive (on time). Item being moved was a big, heavy antique chest of drawers that they muscled up a flight of stairs in no time without a scratch. Would use again!

I gave the movers specific instructions on how to load my POD, and they did not listen to my request. As a result of that, I had many items that are not included in the POD. Also, while trying to take the washing machine downstairs the movers put a hole in my wall! Keep in mind my house was closing the following week. It took 8 hours for a job that should have taken 2, and the movers asked me to get them food halfway through the day because they were hungry. Don't trust this company at all. Their employees are unprofessional, and have criminal backgrounds. One of my movers was wearing an ankle monitor. Terrible experience. Save you money and avoid the hassle.

The arrival window was 12-1....they finally got here at 1:45- ish. Said gps had them going in circles...they did a good job, once they got here. Very polite men.

These guys were not great. Clearly not experienced, even saying they were new, not professional, several items found broken, nicked, dinged or missing. Missing!!! How does that happen? They never said a word about the dings or broken items like I wouldn’t notice...?? They NEVER used the ramp on the truck!!!! I never saw them use a dolly, literally... lifted heavy items off the truck, at one point I had to look away when they were “unloading” my large, heavy curio cabinet. I had a whole unloading/staging system I’ve used three times in the past, they disregarded everything I said and just dumped stuff anywhere particularly towards the end without any thought, to the point where I just wanted them to finish and go. They almost broke my box spring on my bed trying for ten minutes trying to SHOVE it into the crooked frame they put together wrong. I watched while all three tried to figure it out. Then out my headboard on incorrectly, crooked and missing screws. I spent a whole afternoon the next day (lost a whole afternoon) re-arranging the entire garage to straighten the mess. Save your money.
