The people who came were extremely nice, however, they damaged a bookshelf I have, a coffee table, and my guitar case. They also kept complaining about my apartment being on a higher floor. I'm paying them to help me move not complain. Overall their service was fine but not the best.

The two guys did a fabulous Job. They were on time they work very hard both very hard. Very polite courteous we wouldn’t recommend them highly if we ever move again. The rates were great too and the best part was we found them within two hours of needing them to unload our truck fantastic thank you five star

Good communication to let us know the ETA of arrival time. They had all the tools for moving heavy items. They worked hard and didn't take breaks. Very respectful to us and were careful not to damage walls when moving heavy items. Many of our boxes were labeled with the room it should go in, however several of the boxes were not in the designated room. Some boxes marked "fragile" were found upside down. Overall they did unload the containers with only 1 hour over the estimated time.
