They did an awesome job. I just hired them just to load my moving truck. Make sure you have blankets and shrink wrap so they can wrap the furniture to protect it. They were very careful with my furniture.

The workers were fine but the scheduling was a problem. I had requested and received a confirmed 9-10 a.m. arrival time for the team yet they didn't show up until 2:30 p.m. They said they had an earlier appointment. I believed that my appoint would have been their first of the day. Your scheduler should have made it clear that it wasn't so I could have selected the earliest possible start time to eliminate the possibility of there being a problem that would delay their arrival so greatly. Plus they were so tired from the earlier job that it was hard from them to focus on our job. Mistakes were made in terms of items that should not have been packed but were packed anyway.

After our first company with Hire a Helper was unprofessional and try to scam us into paying them under the table as well as through the system, and threatened us when we canceled, using the fact that they had our old and new home address as a measure of seriousness to the threat, we were a little nervous to have Triangle Labor Services come to our home and move our belongings to our new apartment.
These guys were incredibly professional, kind and courteous. Mark and his team were phenomenal. They were incredibly respectful of our items, and made sure to pack up our rental truck securely. Nothing broke in the move, and they packed things up quickly, and professionally.
They brought blankets and other things to hold all of our stuff in place, and were able to carrying out all of our items down a tall flight of stairs and into our box truck.
My husband and I were so impressed with the professionalism of this crew, and absolutely cannot recommend them enough. We will use them in the future for all of our moves.

We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
