The contact name on this booking for help unloading was Jamar and I never received a call from him. So, I called him to confirm the date, time & details the day before. Each time I spoke with him he never answered the phone in a business-like manner, just "hello". He advised I could call the next day to update him on the move & could arrive earlier to help unload. I did that the next day after I had been loaded up (another company in another city) and was enroute. He told me his location and said it would be no problem to get there after he finished dropping of a load very far north of where he needed to meet me and picked up his friend (presumable to help with the job) very far west of where he was and where he needed to be to meet me. To do this would have put him past his time to make our appointment, let alone to arrive earlier. After we arrived I called again and left a text message but this time he did not answer or respond. I had to call HireAHelper and they also could not get a response. Sure enough, the appointment time came and still no contact from Jamar and no one showed up. Eventually HireAHelper called back the booking was cancelled. Thank goodness some friends showed up to help me unload. I would not hire this company as they are unreliable and clearly did not bother to find out how long it would take them to arrive at the job destination.
