I was quite concern with the amount of stuff I had with the size of truck I reserved. When KI people arrived I explained my concern that I would like to have everything fit in my truck.
They looked at my stuff and said " WE will fit every thing in the Truck". They were quick, professional and very understanding of any thing I asked. Not only they fit everything in the truck but they left me some room in the truck. They were quick and organized did not waste any time. I made out of State trip and when I unloaded everything was fine. I Would definitely recommend them to others.

Kingsley and I think the other gentleman was Justin, but I'm not sure of his name, were superb.They were on time which was very important because I was only in town for a couple of days to have work complete on my home They moved all the items on my list and in a short period of time. They finished well before the 2 hrs and offered to move any other items I might need moving because I still had 45 minutes of time.
Most of all they were nice, courteous, friendly guys. They didn't leave anything unassembled or unplugged. Out of 1-5 five being the highest, I give them a 6+. I will be moving this summer when my home sells and will definitely be requesting them again. I have already passed their names and the name of your company on to others. I was very pleased with the service.

KI services tore the armrest from the frame on our couch and loveseat while taking them up from the basement. Later that evening when my husband and I were loading the rest of the lighter items into our garage we noticed the damage. I contacted KI services and they informed us the items were heavy and hard to maneuver and they did the best they could. We hired them for "heavy lifting". If they couldn't handle the job; they shouldn't have accepted the assignment. They offered to come out and "hammer" it back together; how professional is that?
