We had another company load our truck with two guys in just under two hours. “Efficient Movers” cost twice as much and it took them four movers to unload my truck in almost three hours. They said they assembled a crib for me but it was incomplete and done incorrectly. I had to take it apart and reassemble before we could put our child to bed. The rest of our furniture was assembled by myself even though we asked for assembly help. They also dropped my refrigerator but luckily it is still working for now. While speaking with hire a helper about them taking too long, the mover started yelling at me and my wife for not paying the extra hour. This was all recorded by hire a helper because they were on the phone with me. This was a terrible experience and if you they had zero stars I would give them that instead.

They did an excellent job, the best I've found in Dallas. They worked really hard and did such a great job of loading the container that I had to find more stuff to put in it. They were very nice and never complained, even when I found more stuff to pack. I appreciated their care of my things. I almost wish I could take them with me out of state to unload. I highly recommend them!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
