Eric called me to give me an arrival time, and was on time. Eric was professional and courteous in his questions about where to put my items.Eric exceeded my expectations on how quickly and carefully he moved my household items. You can see the experience in his work ethic. Steven his helper was also professional and courteous. They both worked hard in the 2 hour time frame. Eric explained the check out process when they were done. I prepaid before they arrived and I added a tip because I felt they deserved it. I will definitely recommend them and will use them again. They definitely made my move in easier. I was extremely happy with the job done.

Broke a marble table top and have yet to hear from this company. Very disappointed! Would not recommend them or the company. Sale after service is important to me. Shame on you guys!!

These loaders were a second team because the first group I hired claimed they could only work 4 hours because they has another job to go to, I later found out in talking to one of the loaders that this was probably not true.
This team did a really good job, and even repacked some of the previous loaders items. My only complaint is the company management. They offered a cleaning service also. But when I tried to pin down the cost they said dont worry I have a "credit" with the company. When the cleaners arrived they announced that the 3 person team cost $156/hr with a minimum of 4 hours. My usual house cleaners cost $90 for 2 hours and a 3 person team. I haggled with the cleaners and called their boss and complained. We settled on $156/ hr for 2 hrs. Then theey tacked on tracel fees when we went to pay them. Needless to say the travel fee came out of their tip. I would not use them again

They did a good job loading and putting things in POD in efficient way to fit as mush with care so the furniture are not destroyed. But you really have to keep them working and not talk. I was being nice and talking to them in between, before and after the job, I thought they’ll keep the time right and consider as done when the job is done but no complete the transaction first then talk if you want to be nice because every 15 minutes after 2 hours will cost you $100 bucks extra. Other then that, I am very satisfied with the service.
