They were a few hours late but they had a long commute and got lost on the way to our place. I had asked for 3 movers though and only 2 showed up. They also did not have a dolly or at least did not use a dolly which I thought was odd and would’ve helped the move go quicker. The guys were nice and professional though and I had no damaged property.

This job was for assistance in unloading a POD; They arrived within the requested window despite snow; they included 3 people in the crew for the same cost instead of the 2 expected; the job was completed quickly and carefully; no damage to the furniture; would use them again if necessary.

What a Godsend. I had 3 pages of things I needed done and no one to help. Lance and Darryl showed up and got everything done. Every job done right. Hanging pictures. Removing big bathroom mirrors . They filled my truck with trash and took it to the dump. Assembled a file cart, moved heavy boxes up and down 3 flites, and all the time we laughed and had a great time Price was extremely fair. They are gentlemen, gave opinions when asked. And really were terrific. I already asked them to come back after carpets are installed to help set up beds and hang more things etc

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect to immediately be contacted. We will go in-depth on the details on your move. We will then call you the day before the move to verify our arrival window and go over any last minute changes. Last we will call 30 minutes before our arrival your home the day of the move. We have a true commitment to communication and making sure we are up to date and prepared to dominate.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When we arrive at your home we like to take a tour of the house and go into detail of exactly what you would like done. We then mix our consistent system of moving with your wants and tips to make your moving day peaceful. We prioritize furniture safety over everything else. Although we like to move fast we balance our attention towards making sure there is no scratches on your furniture, walls or floors.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
That varies on each job. Some need lots of help while others want us out as quick as possible. This is a question you should discuss with who ever you chose to move you when going over the details.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been at it a while and have done on the jobs above but i'll list a few of my favorites. In 2017, we got to install the first weight room at Clayton- Bradley Academy in Knoxville. We also moved the canyon into the Civil War Museum in Pigeon, Forge. My personal favorite is definitely any of the 3 long distance moves we've done to the Florida coast.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy getting to meet new people and staying in shape for a living.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Yes, we have a 4 day training course for new guys . They learn the basics. We also have a 3 month minimum before employees are allowed to load a box truck or lead jobs.
