These young men were thoughtful, kind and focused. They were on time and ready to work. Christian was obviously experienced and well trained. They tried several different ways to fit all of our belongings in the Pod, but it was not meant to be. This was not their fault, but an issue with communication when we made our initial order with Pods. We did need to rent an additional Uhaul trailer at the last minute. We appreciated the effort and the never give up attitude. We would absolutely hire them again.

Our two packers were John and Isiah. They did a wonderful job. They called when they were about an hour away. Quickly scope out the job, made a couple of recommendations how to proceed. Although I expected they would need more than the allotted three hours, they completed loading my Rat Pack container well before the three hour time limit.

I had to go get straps and shrink wrap for for them to pack my Pod.....I should have known this ahead of time. I had been on the phone confirming this. They could have worked faster, as well.
