I had to hire the crew very last minute, I'm talking about 10pm the night before, for a job 6am the next morning. The guys were very professional, on time and hardworking. They worked hard and non stop for the entire job. I would hire these guts again and highly recommend this company to anyone.

I used Cleansville Movers for the second time to load a U-Haul truck to permanently move out of state. Just like the first time I used them I was very pleased with the job they did. They were prompt, worked hard to get the job done and were very careful with my property. I have vowed to NEVER move again (LOL) but if I did, I would definitely use Cleansville Movers again!

I was promised that the owner would be at the job to assist and make sure that everything would be loaded. They sent 3 guys out to move and most of the time the guys vanished somewhere, leaving the lead guy asking me where they went. I asked multiple time if everything would fit in the trailer and they kept telling me yes no issue. We got down to 6th hour of moving out of a 7 hour move and too late for me to call for another trailer and 1/4 of my stuff was still left. I also asked the movers to please cover my items with the tarps I bought so in case water got in. while I was unpacking this past weekend I found the tarps still folded and stuck between boxes, after I asked twice if it was covered. They also took 7 hours to pack a 26' trailer and I already had 98% of the stuff in the garage and I also had the moving boxes at the end of the driveway for them, 7 hours to pack! I had the truck unloaded by another moving company with 3 guys and it took them 3 hours to unload and even put the boxes in each room. I also have stuff crushed and damaged the way they packed it into the trailer and I was assured multiple times they had much experience at loading U-Pack trailers.

I used Cleansville Movers twice during my move. Once to load my pods and again to unload them. I already posted a review of the loading experience which was great. Aside from a few glitches (I was scheduled for 3 laborers but only 2 came due to a clerical error but Joel and Sydney, the owners, were very apologetic. And the laborers were 30 min late saying they had to get gas. I feel this should've been done in advance to ensure punctual arrival). But aside from that, I had another wonderful experience with the laborers, Ricky and Ken. Since I was supposed to have 3 laborers, Ricky and Ken really stepped up and did a great job with all the extremely heavy furniture I had and the massive amount of stuff to unload. They were diligent, courteous, careful and great! It was an immensely hot summer day but they took it in stride and got the job done. Plus did a few extra things for me such as putting the mirror on my dresser and rearranging some already placed furniture. Ricky was all business whereas Ken was very personable and sweet which was a good reprieve from the grueling task at hand. Joel and Sydney, the owners, are amazing. Wonderful business folks and genuinely want everything to go well. I will recommend Cleansville Movers to anyone!!!!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Every project requires something different because each customer and client has their own unique labor needs. Once we have an opportunity to speak with customers and clients about their project, we are able to inform them of what is needed from them to assist in achiveing the perfect labor experience.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been serving residents and businesses of Georgia for nearly a decade now. We have had the pleasure of complete a wide range of services. From palletizing at showrooms across Georgia, relocating tenants of multi-family properties undergoing renovations (we have completed 10), staging homes for relators, furniture installation for student housing facilities, lumpering for warehouses, and so much more. We have done it all locally and long distance.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Well. there are two parts that we would consider to be our favorite parts of being Cleansville. One of our favorite parts is having the opportunity to assist people with projects that they could not have completed without our professional help. The other is the opportunity to provide our teams with a beautiful work experience that allows them to care for their families and enjoy their work while doing so.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our teams are provided training in proper lifting, to have and when to use certain equipment, safety training for packing and caring for customer's treasures (furniture and other things near and dear to our customers), how stay focused on the project and stay busy until the project is complete, and customer service training. We train our teams to all be "A One Man Show" at all times. This ensures that every team member is doing their part to the best of their abilities.!
