They were on time, they worked VERY HARD. They covered everything very good. My pod was completely filled and stacked in a way that made me feel it will arrive with no damage caused by a shifting load. I would definitely use them again.

I wouldn't even recommend this company toy worst enemy. It was such a disaster from start to finish. I never got called at anytime to confirm anything. I had to call the guy about an hour before they were due to show up to make sure they were even coming. They arrived a half hour late. I was VERY detailed in my order about how much stuff I had in each room, what floor we are on, what floor we were moving to, etc. The two guys that were late showed and said 2 more people would be needed. Okay whatever, called and added two more people to the order. Well they didn't show up until an hour and a half later. One guy had his pants sagging off his butt, another was standing around texting. My dresser was dropped, and very nice stand that was my father's before he died as a huge ugly mark on the front of it from being chipped, and a piece to my new sofa came off the bottom. Found that on the stairs. Out of 4 guys, only one of them was working hard. He had to CONSTANTLY tell the other guys to stop standing around, do this, do that, go take this down. Lots of arguing amongst themselves. It was soooooooo embarrassing, not to mention frustrating. I booked for 5 hours. We hadn't even left the first place within all that time, and additional movers (it was a 2 bedroom apartment!) We eventually ended up leaving a lot behind and decided we'd just make several car trips for the rest, just so we could hurry up and get to our new place and have them lift the heavy stuff. Oh! Totally forgot to mention that my fiancé was helping them at the first place, and by time we were finally on our way to the new place, I sent out an SOS to recruit as many people as I could to hurry up and finish. So now there are six people, and if I'm paying for movers, my fiancé and our kids should NOT have had to move or lift anything. That is the point of hiring professionals, is it not?
The job started at 1:30. They did not finish until around a quarter to 9! So more [useless] movers who smelled AWFUL, and still went way over time. I wish I had just paid more to begin with an avoiding this company altogether. Moving is stressful enough, so to deal with all of that, the damage to my items, etc., they made this move a total nightmare! Definitely would NOT use them again.

They were hour and half late. I called the number and the guy at the office acted like he could care less if they were late. Unprofessional . Ask to find out and call me back - nope. I had to chase them down. The actual guys who showed up worked hard and knew what they were doing. They did fine but office needs some training.

Dionne and mark were absolutely fantastic. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and masterful at what they do. They are friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We were worried that our stuff would fit and not only did it fit as well as being wonderfully protected we have Room to spare. Not only would I recommend hire a helper again I would ask for Dion and mark. Thanks to them again. And I hope you appreciate what wonderful Employees you have

The crew of 4 guys were exceptional. They were on time, professional, courteous. They were very careful with our belongings, going out of their way to ensure that no damage would occur. And when we needed to extend the time they were willing able to accommodate us. I would use them again and highly recommend this crew!

They were on time. Did not go over inventory list. Did not use provided padded blankets had over 20 blankets they used 4. I urged them many times to use the blankets. They did not use the dolly they specifically said“ It damages the items“. They did not know how to use the security straps and only used one at the completion of move which I had to show them how to use it. Upon opening trailer at Destiination one dresser was totally demolished broken and 16 pieces of wooden furniture were scratched or gouged and couch had grease on four sides.There were no blankets used between the wooden furniture nor over the upholstered furniture. They were negligent in packing properly but still call themselves professional.

The two guys came by and unloaded the entire truck in 90 minutes. It took me 7 hours to load it! They were very efficient. Also careful with my stuff and listened if I had specific instructions.

They did a great job. They were late and one person called off and they found another to help. We were very pleased with the great job they did. Friendly and respectful of our things. They worked very hard and are strong. We enjoyed working with them and would use them again.
