These guys were Amazing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! They unloaded my 26’ moving truck in less than 2.5 hours! They were super courteous and helpful and placing things in the right places and even reattached the trailer I was towing with the truck, so as to make the process of returning it a little easier. These guys were great ??

Literally just threw my stuff in the trailer. I purchased moving blankets and ratchet straps specifically for the movers to use, reminded them several times and they were too lazy to use any of them. We unloaded the trailer this weekend and all my furniture is damaged. Do it self a favor and do NOT use these folks.

Super fast and efficient, not to mention personable guys. They took great care of my belongings, even when lifting the bed through the narrow staircase (initially they had suggested not to try, so as not to cause damage but they got it up without causing any issue!)

My issue is not with the behavior of the men---they were respectful and worked hard. The problem was with the two groups that I used to unload the two pods was that they had no equipment to help them move the heavy items such as chest of drawers and heavy boxes. A dolly would have been helpful with heavy boxes as well as straps that would allow them to better grip and move the heavy pieces of wooden furniture none of which exceeded the 300 pound limit. I was not told that I had to supply these pieces of moving equipment especially since flights of stairs were involved. And frankly why should I? Considering the cost I hoped that they would have these items with them as did the moving company that packed and loaded pods. Also, I they did not bring any water for to drink. Fortunately, I had a supply of bottled water and gator aid but let's face it---what if I did not have water and none was available in the house what then? This was a summer move and the temperature high. This lack of preparation on the part of the company that supplied the "helpers" is why I am rating the service low.

They were running late for our start time, but I was ok with that, I was called. The crew was pleasant, hard working, just a real pleasure to have helping. I would recommend them again and again. I was concerned they came with out a hand truck, so they worked very hard.
