I was please with the lead man.
He called me and spoke of not being to arrive on time.
The crew did show up.
The lead man was not working well with his crew or with me and my wife.
we had packed 30 + small boxes first, before they started.
We had not move in along time. We made our needs known to the lead. He did not pack the reaming articles well at all. Lots of rubs ,chips. as well as geting all our items packed.
Damage major pieces. We feel that the packing of our Pod was not well done.
The lead and his crew appeared young and with out direction nor experience.
The damage was not revealed until we arrive in Puyallup, Wa. the pod had been sent by Pod to Spokane,Wa.
We would not use the packing service again

The guys did a good job once they got there. They were almost 4 hours late to arrive without a phone call. We had to call them. The move was unable to be completed by them which made it so that we had to rethink and replan our logistics. It was not good.

The guys were on time and very efficient. They worked hard and nothing was broken. They didn't ding any walls or door moldings while moving in our stuff. Would use Jay's moving service again!

They arrived on time and worked very hard. I intend on hiring them again to unload the PODS container so, at that time I will be able to comment on how well they packed and cared for our items. Though very pleasant, there was a language barrier with one of the movers which made it difficult to communicate specifics. LRL

Like moving day is not stressful enough.... JAY'S was WORST EXPERIENCE!.I verbally confirmed service with them before our moving day. Jay's Moving Services was a NO SHOW and wouldn't take my calls. Their Voice mail box was full, I couldn't leave a message. I called Hire a helper directly and spoke to hire a Helper at least 6 times in 3 1/2 hours. Hire a Helper was very nice, they got Jay's Moving on the other line and Jay's kept assuring them they would be at my house in a half hour (this went on for 3 1/2 hours) Jay's was asked several times to call me directly, they told Hire a Helper they would, but they never did. I finally got on Craigs list and found someone else who could load our stuff last minute. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There was a mix-up at first as the original team did not show up but Jay, the owner, came with a co-worker and worked 2 hours then came back the next day and finished the job.
