It was delay because one of their men was injured. However, once they arrived, they were very professional, fast, and gentle with my funiture. I highly recommend them. I only give a 4 stars instead of 5 because of the unforseen delay. It wasnt their fault really but I did have to wait for them and missed watching the Euro 2012 FINAL!

The guys were fast as well as friendly, they had to use the elevator in my apartment which kept messing up so they used the stairway, they didn't get frustrated and stayed in good spirits, however the didn't have plastic wrap or pads so if you use them please ENQUIRE!
Overall I was pleased with their efforts and would use HireAHelper again only, make sure they have pads and plastic wrap

there original time was to show up at my house between 9-10am then it was changed to 10-11am they arrived 11,45am . I rented a van for 4 hours from 8-12am and my Daughter and her Mom had packed it up accecpt for the washer dryer 1 sofa and a small dining table and six chairs and her eliptical the men had no packing to do ,
The van was to be emtied at a storage unit one mile from the house , My Daughter her Mom and myself helped unload the van and move everything into the storage building we then had to let the van go or we would have to pay extra $60 the washer and dryer and eliptical was put on my trailer and taken over to the other house about 1.5 miles. The washer was scratched as the men took it into the house because they were in a hurry to be somewhere else
and they wanted extra money because they took to long.I did not pay the overtime.
