They took a break between the storage shed and my house which was on my time. I was told I could pay for additional hours if needed but when they looked tired they said they had to leave because they had another job in an hour. However they were all sweaty. Who shows up at another job all sweaty and gross? Then when they drove off with half of the truck still full with just us three ladies there they were laughing. I was willing to pay however much it took to load everything inside. They didn't pay attention to where I said to place things. Some items were in the wrong bedrooms. The bed frames were placed backwards of each other in the rooms and the mattress and box spring were upside-down and behind a bunch of items. It made it hard to put things together. They did at least carry all the heavy furniture up as asked though.

These two men were incredible. They were on time, polite and very efficient. I could not believe how quickly they loaded our U-Haul. They were careful with our belongings and did a terrific job. Could not recommend them more.

Kevin and team were excellent--I would happily hire them again if I were silly enough to move. To start, his communication was excellent--he carefully confirmed dates/times, and arrived promptly. Although they worked quickly, they were very careful and professional. They had enough time to put two pieces of furniture together, and even helped fold packing blankets.

They called to confirm early in the week and again the day before, and were right on time. Friendly and easy going, but really worked hard. They went up and down the stairs many, many times and acted like it was easy to do so, yet they were very careful with my things and made sure not to bump into walls. I'd recommend them to anyone and definitely hire them again!
