What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Once the moving date is confirmed - that means it is guaranteed that our crew will be at your place no matter what: Florida rains, thunderstorms or floodings alert - we stand behind our promise to be there in agreed time. One of our trained representative will be assigned to you as your personal moving coordinator and will be available to you if you need any help with your upcoming move. As we get closer to the scheduled date, we always contact our clients to reconfirm the reservation 1-2 days prior.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We strive to be the best movers you ever hire and if you use us once we do our best to have you use us forever. So we provide you with a professional top-north service including loading, unloading, disassembly, reassembly, protective padding, full packing per your request. Our movers will take care of all your moving belongings and make sure everything is secured and safely transported to the new place. At the delivery end, we place all items in proper rooms and take all garbage away.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Moving requires some preparation from a customer. Make sure all of your loose and personal items are boxed up and ready to go and drawers and dressers are emptied. If you'd like to cut the costs, pack your TVs, mirrors, glass tops and mattresses on your own before movers arrive. Contact your buildings and arrange a move with them, reserving the loading dock and elevators if needed.
