I am confused as to which movers helped me where. The movers that loaded my furniture in Suffolk were awesome and did a great job. I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend them. they also completed the job in less than 2 hrs. THEY ALSO MADE THE PAINFUL MOVING PROCESS A GOOD TIME ! THANKS GUYS!

Our movers arrived early and were ready to work. Three movers were provided and the move began. They loaded a 26 foot moving truck in 2 hours. They obviously have done this a few times. Very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Our belongings arrived at their destination in tack with no problems. Thank you for making our daughters move a good experience.

The movers were on time and ready to work. The worked very hard, finishing the move within the two hour frame work. The movers were very careful of all of my furniture and other belongings. . I would use them again.

Showed up on time and were energetic and ready to work with that energy they were able to get the furniture in pretty fast, but with the speed came a little carelessness that led to spots on the wall (with a little elbow grease it's fixable). Overall the guys were really great. The place wasn't condusive to a lot of the furniture that we had so they did the best they could. 5-Stars but docked 2 for the wall bumps. Would recommend them for the price but be willing to clean up a little afterwards, which is typical of any moving job.

One of the 3 young men should be fired. He was a trouble maker. He broke an expensive Yankee Candle because he lifted it by the cover. Was arguing with a co worker. Not good. They did work hard for sure. In their defense it was difficult for them. The Pod wasn't enough space.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We do not refund for any unused time.
