The crew worked very hard (once they got here - running late). It was a very hot and humid day but they continued to get us unloaded without complaining. Crew leader pointed out damage on furniture from the crew who loaded the truck in Detroit. He reminded me to take pictures to files a claim. The experience was like night and day - AQM was great!

Were a bit late (30 minutes) but once they arrived the movers were friendly and quick. Will use again!

2 hours late, hard workers, did a good job. I would not hire them again I set it up for 10-11, they arrived at 12:30. It would have been much cooler if they had been on time. I had to call them 3 times only to find they were going to the wrong way and had to turn around. They were given the address along with the time. I had called the night before and the morning of to be sure they would be on time and to the correct address. No Excuse or apology given.

Don't use Rashard at AQM. My antique dining table was damaged in 4 places. I sent him pics and he agreed to reimburse me $189.00 and bring me a certified check. He kept putting me off with excuses and never kept his word. I have been very patient waiting over 2 weeks for him to deliver reimbursement. He was supposed to meet me yesterday but he had another excuse. I called him this morning and left a message (no profanity) telling him that he has not been honest or forthcoming. He called back and claimed he would come "shortly." When I told him he has been yanking me around, lying to me and I wanted a specific time, he got angry and said go ahead and write the review. Dishonesty and lying is no way to run a business.
