I&O movers were excellent. Gordon called ahead during the week to confirm all our details and stayed in contact during the morning as the team was on their way. The two movers were great-very efficient and careful with our things. They packed up our 16’ POD in two hours flat. Would definitely recommend Gordon and his team.

Team was great, communicative & organized. We hired them to pack our house into a POD container. As we realized that everything would not fit, they helped us to figure out what was possible and prioritized the items we cared most about. Will absolutely work with them again!

Two young men showed on time to unload our POD. They were courteous and helpful, and eager to do a good job. Which they did, within the constraints imposed by their supervisor. The only equipment provided was a small flatbed dolly, which was impractical and ineffective. Fortunately, we had a mini foldable upright dolly that made moving boxes and furniture a bit easier. Because of the lack of a sturdy upright dolly, it took the two young men an extra hour to unload the POD. The lack of support from the supervisor was concerning and resulted in extra cost.

Two gentleman showed up early and were polite/respectful. They took direction easily and worked to get everything we needed in the house by the end of their 2 hours. However, the equipment they used to help them seemed inefficient and more of a hinder. They did damage our door but disclosed this upon leaving. While the movers were not as careful as I would have liked, they did an OK job and I would use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
