They NO SHOWED. It was a hot mess! Luckily hireahelper.com found me another company to come within a few hours with better ratings and service. This company does not have their act together and is a total mess to deal with. They told me this rarely happens ‘it’s just that today a lot of crews couldn’t make it, and back ups had to be called and used and crews had to be pulled from other jobs already bc ‘today’ things were a mess.
Honestly I wouldn’t hire them. They started only responding by text message.

They were very courteous, professional, and clean. As far as I could tell, they packed the pod in a timely, efficient, and organized manner. Additionally, they went our of their way to lend me a tool from their personal supply. I needed a wrench, and didn't have access to mine, since mine were already packed in the pod:).

These 2 guys were on time, respectful, fun and hard working.

If you are looking for people to load a POD this is the company to hire. Not only were they hard working and efficient they were respectful of our property. We would definitely hire again.

Showed up right on time and did a wonderful job! They worked quickly, efficiently, and were very respectful of my things and my apartment. I am so glad I hired them, it made my move that much easier!! I would definitely recommend them for any move, big or small.

They were amazing! They really took the stress out of packing the POD for us. They arrived within the time window they said they would. They came well prepared. They worked hard and were very careful with our things. They were respectful of our house. They are Tetris masters and fit more than we expected into our POD. They were very efficient and the two of them finished packing our 2-3 bedroom house into the POD in 2 hours. We wish we could take them with us to unload at our new home!
