I had hired 4 helpers to unload a truck of furniture & boxes into my townhouse. The only positive aspect of the move was the arrival on time, the job took 2 hrs longer then expected (4 movers were hired for 4 hrs). 2 of them basically stood around, talking on their cell phones and texting. They were completly unorganized and lost even though every single item was boxed and they were directed on were to put them. Between moving a box and the other they will take a break, light a cigarette and stand around. I was very unhappy with the time waste and the attitude . No will not use them again .

They were late arriving and I had to call Henry to find out where they were. The crew was very friendly and worked very quickly to load our Pack-Rat storage containers. They were able to dismantle our bed and dining table so they would fit better in the containers. As of this review, our items are still in storage so unsure of how well they actually did as far as protecting and safely packing the items. Since I used containers I was able to look inside after they left. It did not appear that they planned the loading very well as it looked like most items were just put in without thought. Time will tell if the items make the trip in tact. I guess since you are paying them by the hour, they want to get it done quickly rather than make sure they take time to pack items correctly. Again, not saying they didn't since I haven't received the items yet, but just a visual inspection makes me wonder how well the items will travel.

Three workers came within the requested timeframe. All but 1 of them worked pretty hard. They started out a little slow but they did pick up the pace. I was very happy that they were able to stay extra time.

Jerome and his helper from Henry Moving Company were prompt and after arriving reviewed with me what was to be moved. They then began working and worked hard and steady until my POD was completely full. They fit much more in there than I thought was possible. I need to fill another a few days from now and called to request these same guys. What better way to recommend them than to say I have name requested these same guys from Henry Moving Company to work for me again.

Reggie and John showed up on time, worked hard the whole time. They were polite, personable, and an all-around pleasure to deal with. First-rate service. They unloaded a full, 24-foot box truck in about 3 hours. I'd hire them again in a second. Very satisfied.

The two gentlemen, Mike and Dre (spelling?) arrived promptly, and got right to work. I have to say these guys were a bit on the thin side and we were a little worried that they might not be able to handle the heavy furniture. Much to our delight these guys tackled the furniture like it was a piece of cake!!! In addition, they were very polite, professional and had a very positive attitude. They took pride in their work, handled everything carefully, and were awesome!!! When we unpack in a few months I hope that these guys will be available. A totally pleasant experience.
