Sean and Ryan were outstanding. We had used Sean before so we expected nothing but the best, and that's what we got. Very professional. Worked very hard for four full hours. They had to be very good at their job to get all of our things into that one pod and they did it. I very strongly recommend them to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with Sean with Family First movers. This is the second time I have used Sean and family first. The first time was about 2 years ago to load a 26' U-haul. They did a spectacular job of getting everything in the truck and wrapping the furniture with blankets. In addition, they wrapped the blanket with tape so the blankets would not come off or shift during transport.
This time Family First unloaded a 17' U-Haul. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. In addition, they folded the U-haul blankets for me and swept out the truck so it was very easy for me to take the truck and blankets back to U-haul.
I highly recommend Family First. I also recommend that anyone moving should rent plenty of blankets and have lots of packaging tape on hand to help protect their valuable belongings.

Communication was excellent. They arrived on time and were courteous and respectful throughout the move. They were obviously very experienced movers and came with all the equipment needed to move even the largest of our items. I highly recommend Family First and would gladly use them again!

The lead person was knowledgeble and the job was completed in the three hours as per schedule. They were courteaous and carefull with all the furnature and boxes. They had a flat tire but called me to say they were going to be 30-40 mins late. There was not problem once on the scene. They were professional in all parts of the job. The lady I talked to when I originally set it up did not tell me they use 3/8 inch cords for tie down but I had some plus extra cardboard, stuffing material and blankets. They were courteous and respectfull of my property.
